ดอกไม้แห่งความปิติจะผลิบานออกมาไหม

หากใช้หยาดเหงื่อราดรดลงไป
ต้นอ่อนแห่งความพยายามจะงอกเงยขึ้นมาไหม

หากใช้น้ำตาที่สะสมมาจากความอ่อนไหวล่ะ
เมล็ดพันธ์ุแห่งความรู้สึกที่แท้จะปรากฏขึ้นมาไหม

สำหรับฉัน

หากแต่เพียงมีเธอเคียงข้างกาย
ช่วยกันรดน้ำจากสายธารสุดแสนธรรมดา
บางทีฉันและเธออาจได้สัมผัสกับทุ่งดอกไม้สุดแสนธรรมดา

ไม่มากไม่มายไปกว่านั้น

เพียงแต่สวนแห่งชีวิตของฉัน
คงจะไม่โดดเดี่ยวอีกต่อไป

How lonely is the garden of life.

Watered by time,
will joy ever bloom?

Watered by sweat,
will effort take root?

Watered by tears,
will true feeling appear?

For me,
if you are simply here beside me,
helping to water it
with an ordinary stream,

perhaps an ordinary field of flowers
is enough.

And the garden of my life
will not be lonely anymore.
